We've chosen 3 low G.I. (Glycemic Index) carbohydrate and 3 different protein sources which will give you a complete amino acid profile and a time released absorption which allows a greater nutrient uptake.
With regards to flavour, we have chosen to only release 2 flavours. Why? Because the 2 flavours we have released will blow you away! Our Strawberry & Banana Smoothie flavour has chunks of REAL strawberry pieces in it and it tastes like a proper fruit smoothie.
Our Milk Chocolate flavour tastes like a carton of Dairy Milk! This stuff will be addictive but with a formula as good as this its not a bad thing.
We've added 3g of the purest micronised creatine monohydrate per 100g serving which will help with cell volumisation and increases the ability to sustain muscular contractions.
